  • Use mouthwash when time doesn’t permit a full brushing
  • Relax your eyes – take frequent breaks from computer and TV screens
  • Brush your tongue regularly – a source for bad breath
  • Rinse your body with cool water to help close your pores before heading outdoors
  • Clean out your medicine cabinet – get rid of expired medications and creams; dispose of products you no longer use
  • Step up your water intake – take sips while sitting in traffic during the morning and evening rush hours
  • Feeling down? Laugh! Rent a funny movie and laugh until you cry
  • Wash your hands with soap and warm water after using the bathroom and when you enter your home or office
  • Test your brain power – compete in a television game show from your sofa
